If you’ve ever been interested in decorating with royal icing or just want to try your hand at something new, this workshop is for you! You'll learn from Erika Fernando, the baker behind Paper Flour Bakery (@paperflourbakery), who specializes in creating custom sugar cookies for all kinds of milestone celebrations. In this follow-along style workshop, Erika will cover the basics of sugar cookie decorating and even teach you a few pro royal icing techniques. Each station will have the materials to decorate four breakfast-themed sugar cookies to celebrate National Hot Breakfast Month:
Waffle
Egg
Orange slice
Milk carton
Takeaway boxes will be provided for your cookies and leftover royal icing. You will also go home with do-it-yourself recipe cards. Any tools should kindly be returned at the end of class.
* This workshop is open to crafters 12 and older, but anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. ALL participants must purchase a ticket.
